4. Legal basis, purpose of processing of personal data and storage
The legal basis for the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the criteria necessary for the operation of the customer relationship or service, as well as the need for the Registry to execute the contract to which the data subject is a party.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is: Maintenance of customer relationships, invoicing, information necessary for the operation of the website and service, or marketing, for example. The information collected is not used for automated decision making or profiling.
5. Information content of the register
Examples of information to be stored in the register are:
Always only the information you provide to us that is necessary for the implementation and invoicing of our service. Some public information, such as a business ID, can be retrieved from the registry on the Internet to complete a profile for billing purposes.
Name, status, company / organization, contact information, IP address of the network connection, IDs / profiles in different services, information about subscribed services and their changes, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and subscribed services, and any other information necessary for the site or our service.
We will delete unnecessary information from the register when there is no longer an appropriate reason to keep it. Usually within four (4) years at the latest.
For example, we will delete your information from the customer register when the customer relationship has not been active for four (4) years. We will delete your message from our email archive at the same time.
You may also at any time request us to delete some or all of your information from any or all of our records.
From the e-commerce customer register on the homepage platform side, we will automatically delete your information after the retention period below.
· Customer accounts not logged in or otherwise used – 2 years
· Pending orders – 2 months
· Unsuccessful orders – 2 months
· Canceled orders – 6 months
· Completed orders – 4 years
Please note that we may only remove your information from the register if we have no legal compelling reason to retain it (such as a valid agreement or other purpose for which your information is needed for the time being).

The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer e.g. messages sent on forms on the website, e-mail, telephone, contracts, customer appointments and other situations in which the customer provides us with their information.
7. Regular transfers of data and transfers of data outside the EU or the EEA
The data may also be transferred by the controller outside the EU or the EEA, where necessary. For example, external servers located in another country, such as the United States. We only use platforms and services that comply with GDPR data retention standards. Or Privacy Shield standards in the United States.
8. Registry Security Principles
The register is handled with care and the information processed by the information systems is protected. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, its security is appropriately taken care of both in our own services and in our outsourced services. All data is at least password protected on SSL-secured servers. Our homepages are completely SSL secured.
The controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it includes.
9. Right of inspection and right to request correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data stored about him or her, the request must be sent to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month). If you want a registry extract from your information, please indicate which registry information you want to view. The names of the registers can be found in section 3 of the document.
10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the register has the right to request the removal of his or her personal data from the register (“the right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU’s general data protection regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent to the controller.

TAX
The prices include the value-added tax. The price of the product on this website at the time of ordering applies to the order. The delivery costs valid at the time of ordering will be added to the prices according to the selected delivery method. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
ORDERING
We sell and deliver products to adult individuals in Finland. You can place an order in our online store and pay for it with online payment.
Contact information provided in connection with an order will not be disclosed to third parties, collected or used for direct marketing without a separate agreement, such as subscribing to a newsletter. All information will be treated confidentially. We will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address provided with the order. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
Nordicshot Oy strives to send all orders within 7 working days of receiving the order, or at least within a reasonable time. The delivery method can be selected by the customer at the ordering stage from the delivery methods valid at the time of ordering. Delivery time varies depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates have been reported if the shopping cart has out of stock products and we will also notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. Our online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
RIGHT OF RETURN
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and marketable. If you want to return the products you have ordered, you can contact our customer service: kauppa (at) nordicshot.fi.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the consignment is damaged during transport, it must be reported to the transport company immediately.
WARRANTY
In addition to the protection provided by the Consumer Protection Act and the Product Liability Act, any warranties that may be granted are mentioned separately for the product. In the absence of a guarantee, the products are not granted more extensive protection than liability under the Consumer Protection Act and the Product Liability Act. The possible warranty period starts from the date of the order confirmation.
Warranty liability requires that the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s and seller’s instructions. Nordicshot oy is released from warranty liability if it is probable that the deterioration or damage to the product has been caused by the consumer’s actions. The warranty does not cover wear and tear of the product caused by normal use.
Always before sending the product for warranty treatment, you must contact us by e-mail: e-mail address. After you contact us, we will provide additional instructions for warranty processing. If we ask you to return the product for warranty handling, you must return the product to us according to the instructions you receive.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for any delay, impediment or delay in the delivery of your order due to a circumstance beyond the control of our online store, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, government decision, public transport disruption or other similar impediment or obstruction.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days at the latest. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company.
